To help ensure a smooth experience for all, each registered room includes one complimentary parking space. Please register your vehicle at the front desk upon arrival. If you have additional vehicles, let us know—we're happy to assist with parking arrangements.

Reservations booked directly with hotel: If your plans change, or you need to change your reservations dates we require 72 hour advance notice. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of reservation arrival will be charged the first night stay plus all applicable taxes and fees.

While we love our furry friends, we kindly ask that guests leave pets at home during their stay. Bringing a pet into the resort is a violation of our policy and may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the resort comfortable for all our guests!

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, except inside your personal vehicle. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. Thank you for helping us keep the air fresh for everyone!

A daily resort charge will be added to your room rate and includes great amenities like high-speed WiFi, beach chairs, umbrellas, lawn games, beach towels and complimentary breakfast—everything you need for a relaxing stay by the water!
