Reservations booked directly with hotel: If your plans change, or you need to change your reservations dates we require 72 hour advance notice. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of reservation arrival will be charged the first night stay plus all applicable taxes and fees.

Free Guest Parking. Please register all vehicles at the Front Desk. Please let us know about additional vehicles so we can assist you with your parking needs.

The Baywatch Resort is a pet-free property. Violation of the pet policy will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.

A fee of 250 USD will be assessed for smoking in a room. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property except in your personal vehicle.

Early Check-out Fee: charge is assessed for early departures made after check-in.
Late Check-out Fee: fees may apply after noon
